Membership in the Institute is automatic and free of charge for all Certified Organizational Engineers. Its purpose is to promote the free exchange of information on matters relevant to the Organizational Engineering theory, technology and practice.
The Institute is also an advocacy organization. It supports the professional and personal interests of Certified Organizational Engineers in the wider business, academic and social communities. It does this by actively promoting members, with their permission, in a manner that upholds the highest standards of ethics and social responsibility.
