Profile

Ms. Curtis has over 15 years experience in executive, management and organizational development with Estee Lauder. Before joining Estee Lauder, Ms. Curtis held positions with Grumman Data Systems and Manufacturers Hanover Trust in areas related to human factors. She began her career as a group insurance consultant with Prudential Insurance.

Ms. Curtis’ primary focus has been the design and execution of executive development programs to help insure the availability of a pool of talent to meet the firm’s leadership needs. OD interventions designed to help launch new teams and to help optimize the functioning of existing teams also represent a significant part of her functional activities.

In addition to her current focus, Ms. Curtis has extensive experience in technical training, career development programs, quality control, succession planning, needs assessments and competency based initiatives.

Ms. Curtis holds a Masters degree in industrial/organizational psychology. She has numerous certifications in various instrumentations, methodologies and practice areas. These include areas such as Total Quality Management, Alcoholism Counseling, Sr. Professional HR certification and a number of traditional instrumentations.
