Hessenaur & Associates, CPA, PC was established in 1991. The firm provides a full range of accounting and business consulting services. The firm specializes in small to mid-size businesses with an accent toward entrepreneurial startups. The firm provides services to firms in the automotive, plastics, information technology, manufacturing, service and other industries.

Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Hessenaur rose to a partner status in a regional public accounting firm. In that capacity he was responsible for cost accounting, SEC reporting, taxation, mergers and acquisitions as well as turnaround and bankruptcy activities.

Mr. Hessenaur has maintained the accounting services he provided as a partner in the regional firm. He has added significant business consulting and financial management capacities. He has further expanded the scope of his business operations to include team building, coaching and business management.

Member of the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce Morning Edition Planning Committee, the Hell Michigan Chamber of Commerce Planning Committee, and the Kiwanis Club of Hamburg Golf Outing Planning Committee.

Volunteer teacher in the University of Michigan entrepreneurship program.
