Profile

Prior to launching The 2080 Group, Ms. Peckan served in executive and professional roles in the automotive, engineering and consulting industries. She has served as Director of OD, management consultant and instructional designer. She has also managed traditional human factor functions such as benefits, compensation, employee relations and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Peckan's current professional focus is in providing highly personalized counsel to executives in areas where technical and human factors interests intersect. She uses her technical background and human factors experience to convey information in a form that can be understood and acted upon by functional experts.

Ms. Peckan holds a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a bachelor degree in Biology. She has also done university research in Survey Methodology and Applied Statistics. She holds a variety of certifications in change management, MBTI and organizational learning. Ms. Peckan is an active member in the International Association of Facilitators, the National Organizational Development Network, and the American Society of Training and Development. Ms. Pekan is also a facilitator for the Department of Industrial & Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of Michigan—Dearborn on the subject of building highly effective learning organizations.
