Dr. Leach has an extensive list of publications in coaching and mentoring, child development, facilitator training, curriculum development, multicultural and diversity training. She has made presentations for a variety of organizations including professional associations (e.g., the Product Development Management Association, Linkage), governmental agencies (e.g., USDA, FDA), universities (e.g., Univ. of OK, Langston University) and various corporations (e.g., Bell Helicopter, Texas Instruments).

In addition to her professional activities, Dr. Leach has held executive positions in various offices and memberships in professional associations (e.g., ASTD, ODN, AQP) as well as serving on the board of Welcome House, a non-profit social services organization.

Profile

Dr. Leach has over 30 years experience in consulting, teaching and administration. She has held professorial positions at the University of Oklahoma and the University of Dallas as well as directing academic programs in higher education at a state level.

Dr. Leach has held positions in Organizational Development at the FAA since 1983. In addition to consulting, she has responsibility for all facets of human factor planning and development. Dr. Leach has developed unique capabilities in reconciling issues that arise within and between groups.

Dr. Leach holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. from the University of Oklahoma and a B.A. from Langston University. She has extensive additional academic training from the United States War College and has done postdoctoral work University of Texas, School of Management. She has participated in various programs at Central State University, Edmond, Oklahoma and the Center for Management Development.
