About the Company

Dr. Daly is responsible for all organizational development activities for AmeriCredit. These include all technical and people skills training, executive development, management training, organizational effectiveness and e-learning activities. Dr. Daly sits on various executive committees of the firm in both member and chair capacities.

Dr. Daly has held various senior executive positions in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. In these positions he has been responsible for strategic planning, recruitment, compensation, benefits, culture, T&D and OD programs. Prior to joining AmeriCredit, Dr. Daly headed a successful consulting firm specializing in strategy, change management, culture, learning, talent retention, executive and team development.

Under Dr. Daly’s leadership AmeriCredit placed 3rd in Training magazine’s "100 best training organizations" for 2002.
